Online Registration & Payment

You can conveniently register, and if you choose also pay with a credit card, online and save time. You can also register online without paying. But even if you pay online, remember, YOUR ENTRY IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR WRITTEN, SIGNED SHOW ENTRY ALONG WITH COPIES OF ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS and PAYMENT (assuming you have not paid online) (Note: You cannot register for the Dental Notation online. It must be paid by check with a written entry form)

To register click on the link below and you will be taken to an online registration form. (one form per dog) Please fill in all of the relevant fields before pressing the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form, which will electronically send us your registration. Upon receipt, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail that you have registered. After submitting your online registration, you will be taken to a payment page, where if you wish, you may pay online by VISA, MasterCard or American Express. (Otherwise you must send a check with your paperwork.)
